Jan 05, 2015 You see, im using IE and I want to download chrome. However my IE cannot open link automatically using new tab. I have to manually open it in new tab. Can't download Google Chrome on new Windows 10 machine with Microsoft Edge First thing I've tried to do with my new hybrid laptop is download Chrome. Edge is the default installed browser.
Remove it / them and install something better if you do not know how to properly utilise it.
Why Can't I Install Chrome
Avast free is excellent on win 10 - ensure you do a custom install - and do uncheck 'tools' !.. you do not want the tools as they are adware !. without tools, it is one of the best av products on the market. AND FREE !.

Can't Download Images In Chrome
Everytime i try to on it, it gives me this message 'WerFault.exe - Application Error: The instruction at 0x00007FFC7E8B2673 referenced memory at 0x00000008DA3044DE4. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program.'
When i clicked okay it gives me a different titled message with the same content ('BootAppWindow: bootim.exe - Application error')
If i click OK again, it brings me to a blue screen stating my PC ran into a problem and needs to restart (error: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED).
Can't Download In Chrome
Once it restarts, it brings me on to another blue screen that requires me to either click 'See advanced repair options' or 'restart my pc'. Clearly, restarting my pc would not do anything so i would click on 'see advanced repair options'.
Can't Download Videos In Chrome
It gives me options to troubleshoot and other repair options. I tried clicking on troubleshoot but i cant do anything at all because every repair method requires me to key in my password and my password has numbers in it but my 1-4 number key isnt working. !!!!!! @#^$&@£¥!&#
Im going to get it repaired and checked. Hopefully my files wont go anywhere I have so many things in there 😢
